Bloom Hotels is Hiring: Assistant Manager – Projects (Delhi)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Projects team in Delhi. If you have a passion for hospitality infrastructure and project execution, this is your chance to grow with a fast-expanding hotel group!

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning, execution & monitoring of hotel projects from concept to completion

2. Coordinate with vendors, contractors & internal teams to ensure timely delivery

3. Monitor project budgets, timelines & quality standards

4. Support senior management in strategic project decisions5. Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

1. 3–5 years of experience in hospitality project management, civil engineering, or construction.

2. Strong coordination & communication skills.

3. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

4. Knowledge of hotel construction, renovation & interior projects is a plusHands-on, solution-oriented approach.
