Job Description
The Project Associate will contribute to the successful planning, execution, and management of educational initiatives, focusing on promoting literacy and fostering a love for reading among children.

Develop and implement the Program Implementation/Management Plan.

Prepare and review budgets in collaboration with operations and finance teams.

Coordinate program activities with internal teams and provincial coordinators.
-
Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders including donors, government departments, and NGOs.

Engage with resource persons, including authors, poets, and actors, for project activities.

Conduct field visits to provide support and guidance to program teams nationwide.

Monitor and review program deliverables monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

Mobilize resources through proposal writing for new projects.

Form partnerships with public and private stakeholders, INGOs, and philanthropists.

Prepare progress reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

Collaborate with children’s authors to curate and publish books.

Design and develop workshops and sessions tailored to participants’ needs.

Organize and manage PLF events in collaboration with the team, volunteers, and community members.

Manage marketing and social media campaigns for Pakistan Learning Festivals (PLF).

Ensure the completion of all reporting documentation, including workplans and activity reports.

Maintain comprehensive records of program services and materials.

Continuously evaluate PLF events/project outcomes and impact.

Develop, adapt, and access new materials and manuals as needed.
Skills

Proficiency in project coordination and event management.

Experience with social mobilization and community engagement.

Excellent communication, report writing, and decision-making skills.

Strong knowledge of local languages and literature.

Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines.
