PROJECT / CONSTRUCTION HEAD

Atharva Realty is seeking an experienced Project Construction Head to manage multiple sites and ensure top-quality construction. Join us to lead our growing team and projects.

• Lead and manage multiple project sites and all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
• Monitor RCC work, finishing quality, safety, and QA/QC standards
• Prepare and review project costing , Excel reports, and budgets
• Plan and execute project schedules, timelines, and manpower allocation
• Handle vendor/contractor management and negotiations with the purchase team
• Give technical guidance to ensure high construction quality
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms
• Provide weekly reporting , progress updates, and project reviews
• Lead, motivate, and guide the team working under you

• BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 10–15+ years experience in construction / PMC
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Good knowledge of costing, BOQ, materials, and Excel
• Ability to control cost, quality, and timelines effectively
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
