The
Project Consultant
supports the successful delivery of our client’s strategic and operational projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and analysing performance data to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Key duties include:

Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks and deliverables.

Supporting the preparation of project documentation, reports, budgets, and risk registers.

Tracking project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Conducting data analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.

Preparing periodic progress reports and dashboards for management review.

Coordinating communication among internal departments and external stakeholders.
-
Supporting project managers in procurement coordination and contract administration.
-
Contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
-
Minimum: Diploma
-
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Tourism, or a related discipline
Experience:
-
Diploma holders: 5–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination, analysis, or administration
-
Bachelor’s degree holders: 3–5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
