Job Purpose-
-
To develop, maintain and update all project planning and scheduling-related issues including CPM scheduling, work programs, cash flow analyses, design staff resource planning, timesheets and timesheet reporting.
Responsibilites-
-
Develop and update Master Schedule to monitor project time & Cost schedule.

Develop and update Project Budgets to monitor project changes and variations (reported by CFO),
-
Develop and update Resource Planning Schedule to monitor current project resource requirements as it relates to design staff and forecast future requirements.

Attend Management Meetings & Prepare Management Review Minutes of Meetings, as necessary.

Administer and update Projects Database which includes collecting relevant project information from the various disciplines.

Review and comment on Contractor's Construction Schedule when and as necessary.

Provide feedback of project costs and productivity to the VP Development and Commercial Departments to consider for prospective new work.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) OR Bachelor of Arts (Architecture) AND Expert Computer Skills is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
-
B. Eng (Construction Management & IT).
Type of Experience required
-
Minimum 5 years experience as a Scheduler preferably in construction. In addition, good understanding of the engineering design process and minimum of 2 years in database programming
