Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator / Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from start to finish. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, along with an understanding of e-commerce workflows and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure project objectives align with business goals and client requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment.

Process Improvement

• Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
• Continuously identify gaps and recommend solutions.

Project Delivery & Quality Control

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Take corrective action when needed to keep projects on track.

Resource & Budget Management

• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and control project budgets.

Data Management & Reporting

• Use Google Sheets and Excel to track KPIs, performance, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

E-commerce Alignment

• Apply knowledge of e-commerce systems and operations to support project objectives.
• Ensure projects align with market and business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other departments for seamless integration.

Cybersecurity Awareness

• Ensure basic cybersecurity and data privacy standards are followed throughout all projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in a project management or coordination role (preferably in IT or e-commerce).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related fields. (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas, dashboards, and data analysis).
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with online platforms, digital workflows, and operations.
• Analytical Skills: Problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Cybersecurity Awareness (Preferred): Understanding of data privacy and security protocols.
