Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale (mega-watt) solar project installations. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily project activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.

- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within scope, time, and budget.

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, site teams, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, schedules, and reports.

- Track and manage project materials, logistics, and on-site resources.

- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards at all project sites.

- Support in resolving on-site issues and escalating critical risks to the Project Manager.

- Maintain updated records of project status, correspondence, and approvals.

- Facilitate coordination meetings and prepare MoMs (Minutes of Meeting).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

- Minimum 1 years of coordination experience in MW-scale solar project installations.

- Strong understanding of solar project lifecycle and construction workflows.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project / Primavera, and project tracking tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

- Willingness to travel to remote project sites as needed.
