We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills. This role is critical to ensuring seamless communication, tracking project progress, managing materials, and supporting documentation across all phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication between internal teams, subcontractors, engineers, and consultants
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work and submission of required documentation
- Follow up on technical queries, approvals, and pending project matters
- Track daily and weekly site progress and ensure alignment with project timelines
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to management
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, or issues and escalate them promptly to senior management
- Monitor and track material submittals and deliveries
- Ensure timely submission and approval of material submittals in coordination with procurement and site teams
- Maintain logs and records for all material movements and approvals
- Prepare and manage all document submittals, including method statements, shop drawings, and compliance reports
- Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, submitted, and updated in line with project timelines and quality standards
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from local authorities and government departments
- Follow up on inspections, NOCs, and permit renewals to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist with internal reporting, meeting coordination, and project scheduling
- Maintain proper communication flow between site and office teams
- Support the project manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a construction environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project tracking tools is a plus
- Familiarity with construction site processes and documentation standards
Salary : AED 4,000/Month
