Project Coordinator

Islamabad, Pakistan

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree accompanied by 3-4 years of relevant experience is required, including substantial experience working with government institutions and the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Summary:

  • Prepare detailed calendars for project activities, meetings, and milestones
  • Coordinate between content development, training, and monitoring teams to align tasks
  • Organize and provide support for logistics for stakeholder engagements and training sessions with PDLC, client, and other partners
  • Manage stakeholder contact lists, meeting minutes, and follow‑up communications
  • Compile data for performance indicators and assist in drafting narrative sections of progress reports
  • Support the PM in monitoring contractual obligations and quality benchmarks
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic budget reconciliations
  • Schedule and prepare materials for routine project team reviews
  • Record action items and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain the project risk register, logging issues and proposed mitigation actions
  • Inform the Project Manager to emerging challenges and coordinate follow‑up
  • Archive final versions of all knowledge products and systems

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8-12 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
