Project Coordinator

• Conduct quantity take-offs using Plan swift, AutoCAD.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, including schedule adherence
• Coordinate with the site team to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
• Play a key role as a team with the staff for the success and timely finish of the project
• Preparing variations for the projects.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
• Preparing Cash flow for the project ( actual and forecast).
• Coordinating with the Consultant for the project documentation and track them .
• Track all project material orders and subcontractor order
• Preparing project monthly progress payment
• Validating and checking the subcontractor progress invoices.
• Experience : minimum 3 years
• To be civil engineer
• Our budget ; AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 Maximum.
