Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Client's dynamic interior design team. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors, and ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and third parties for smooth project delivery

Define project scope, objectives, and timelines with stakeholders

Prepare and maintain project schedules, documentation, and reports

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues

Oversee vendor selection and ensure timely material procurement

Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and contractors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

4–8 years of experience in project coordination (interior design or fit-out industry preferred)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Strong vendor management and site coordination experience

Salary Range- AED7000-8000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
