Nomia is transforming the way organizations manage tail spend procurement.

We re looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, organizing and production of high quality personalized demos of the Nomia platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Gather briefings and requirements from the Business Development team
  • Program manage multiple concurrent demo projects
  • Project manage everything to do with organizing the production of a high quality demo
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product to ensure bespoke features align with the product roadmap
  • Work with the UX/UI Designer to leverage the Design System where appropriate and create a personalized UI for the demo as required (actual platform or even Figma prototypes)
  • Collaborate with Engineering team to create the demos and to ensure the host environment is assured in terms of availability, performance and security
  • Ensure appropriate test accounts
  • Ensure appropriate sample content
  • Support the Business Development team who actually present the demos
  • Learn from each demo presentation what worked well and what needs improvement
  • When demos lead to client wins, ensure any UX/UI is leveraged in actual deployments
  • Ensure bespoke features mocked up in the demos are briefed in to the Product Managers if they are to become part of the product roadmap
