Job Brief:

Timings: 12PM-9PM
Experience: 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track progress, milestones, and deliverables in Jira and maintain updated project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Design, Development, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth hand offs and alignment.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to capture, prioritise, and implement client feedback.
  • Schedule and document client review sessions, ensuring action items are completed.
  • Maintain alignment between client expectations and internal team output.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as SOWs, project charters, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Ensure documentation is organised, updated, and accessible for all stakeholders.

  • Assist in preparing periodic project reports and dashboards.

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating regular meetings and sharing minutes.
  • Support adoption of project management best practices and consistent process adherence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in a tech environment).
  • Experience managing projects involving design iterations, client feedback cycles, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies or project management frameworks.
