We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Program Managment Office | Union Developers

Join our team at Union Developers as Senior Manager – PMO, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful program execution across diverse business projects. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of leadership, analytics, and governance — influencing critical decisions and delivering real business value.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Act as a central coordination point between stakeholders to gather and consolidate project information.

Develop, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks, templates, processes, and best practices for project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Prepare and present weekly dashboards and executive reports for C-Level Executives, covering project start dates, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and progress updates.

Monitor and track project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines, highlighting variances and delays.

Conduct risk assessment, dependency mapping, and impact analysis to proactively manage challenges.

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure compliance with project governance and organizational objectives.

Evaluate and track benefits realization and overall value delivery of projects.

Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing insights, recommendations, and project health reports.

Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and facilitate a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

MBA/MS in Project Management or relevant certifications (PMI, Prince2).

6–8 years of project management experience — ideally in large-scale or diversified industries. (Experience in the construction industry is a plus!)

Strong technical skills in MS Project, Power BI, ERP tools, and MS PowerPoint.

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with a proactive, analytical mindset.
