Project Coordinator

XAutonomous is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between project teams, clients, and stakeholders. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by keeping all parties informed and aligned with project goals and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related coordination.
• Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project teams and clients
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and address communication gaps or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.
• Document and maintain project communication plans, reports, and documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies
• Experience in client relationship management
• Previous experience with client-facing roles or US-based customer service.

Location: Bahria Town, Karachi Office
Timings: 9:00 am – 6:15 pm - onsite
