The Project Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end coordination of home/ office interior product projects—from product proposal and client selections through order placement, import/vendor coordination, delivery planning, and post-delivery issue resolution. The role acts as a key interface between clients/specifiers in Dubai and brands/suppliers (often international), ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and a high-quality client experience.

Minimum Qualifications

● Experience: 3+ years of relevant project coordination experience in interiors / furniture / lighting / accessories / finishes / design-and-supply businesses.

● Tools: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including basic formulas); ability to maintain trackers with accuracy.

● Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication; strong follow-up discipline; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Behavioral: Client-first attitude, ownership mindset, structured working style, ability to manage pressure and dependencies.

● Mobility: Willingness to attend meetings/site visits as required.

Good to Have

● Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/Dialux/Photoshop (as relevant to product category).

● Experience with import-led brands, lead-time management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
