Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The role involves coordinating multiple software projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining alignment between internal teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and task coordination
  • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to improve workflows and delivery processes
  • Prepare regular project status updates for management review
  • Communicate with clients to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations
  • Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within an IT or software organization
  • Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and web/mobile technologies
  • Basic knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Click Up
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
