Role Overview
Techandover Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a multipurpose role designed for a proactive problem-solver who excels at juggling shifting priorities. You will be the point of contact for project health, ensuring that resources are optimized, timelines are met, and day-to-day operational hurdles are cleared before they become bottlenecks.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technology, delivery and daily execution, possessing a "get-it-done" attitude and a passion for resilient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily impact will be felt across four primary domains:
1. Project & Delivery Tracking
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring milestones are reached on time.
- Monitor delivery pipelines to ensure delivery meet predefined specifications.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
2. Resource & Time Management
- Manage team capacity and workload, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
- Track time against project targets to prevent scope creep and overages.
- Identify resource gaps and coordinate with leadership to balance team efforts.
3. Day-to-Day Issues Management
- Act as the first line of defence for project blockers, resolving daily operational issues as they arise.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate between departments to resolve conflicting priorities or technical dependencies.
4. Team Coordination & Quality
- Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the team adheres to quality standards, including coordinating code reviews and feedback loops.
- Uphold professional standards of excellence, working with the team with integrity and accountability.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional project coordination experience, preferably within a tech or software-centric environment.
- Multitasking Mastery: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Methodology: Proficiency in modern project management tools including Jira, Trello and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to speak and communicate with Clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A high degree of flexibility to handle changing requirements and fast-paced constraints.
- Problem Solving: A strategic mindset for identifying risks and the initiative to solve them independently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related business field.
