Project Coordinator

About the Role: The ideal candidate will be Managing and following up on all procedures and coordination with government agencies to ensure that the necessary permits and approvals are obtained on time and to support the implementation of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with and review government agencies to obtain site entry permits for staff, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with the project team to prepare required documents according to client regulations.
  • Resolve issues, follow up on client requests, and ensure timely completion.
  • Build relationships with project stakeholders, including government representatives and suppliers.
  • Create accurate transaction reports and records.
  • Support field project teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Three to five years of experience coordinating with government entities.
  • Background in technical projects (such as camera and network projects) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and communication in both Arabic and English.

Required Skills:

  • Speed in issuing permits and adherence to the required timeline.
  • Efficient coordination with government agencies.
