Project Coordinator

Overview:

Air-Mart Inc. is a fast-growing commercial HVAC/R company serving major multi-site clients across New England. We are looking for a sharp, experienced HVAC/R professional to join our office team and take ownership of quoting, invoicing, and supporting business growth.

This is not an entry-level admin role. You must understand HVAC/R systems, pricing, and job flow. You will be directly involved in revenue generation and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

*Prepare accurate service and project quotes based on technician findings

*Build and send invoices with proper labor, materials, and markups

*Review field notes, photos, and diagnostics to ensure scope accuracy

*Coordinate with technicians and dispatch to clarify job details

*Assist with pricing strategy and margin control

*Support new customer acquisition (follow-ups, light sales support)

*Help improve internal processes for quoting and billing efficiency

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

*Prior HVAC/R experience (field or office)

*Strong understanding of commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems

*Ability to read service reports and translate into accurate quotes

*Knowledge of parts, labor, and typical repair/replacement workflows

*Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:

*Experience with FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, or similar software- Estimating or service management background

*Experience working with multi-location commercial clients
