Project Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team! Duties

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all team members meet deadlines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and clients to facilitate clear communication
  • Track furniture and decor orders. Monitor deleveries and confirm arrivals.
  • Track project progress through data entry, filing, and updating status reports regularly
  • Assist with calendar management for project meetings, deadlines, and resource allocation
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and follow up in relation to delays.
  • Coordinate schedules between client, designer, and vendors for installation days.
  • Reliable transportation to visit various projects to check the progress of the project to ensure everything is in accordance to the plan.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Proofread and review project documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry and filing systems
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, not required, to support diverse teams and clients
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with calendar management tools
  • Attention to Detail with a focus on noticing when something is off or incomplete i.e. artowrk placement, paint coverage, installation imperfections.
