Job Summary

Smart Life Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Telecom Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom and network infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams to ensure successful project completion within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate telecom and network deployment projects from initiation to completion.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients, field engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays or risks when required.
• Support site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and resource allocation.
• Assist project managers with procurement, logistics, and administrative coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in telecom project coordination or project support.
• Knowledge of telecom systems, LTE/5G, Smart Solutions , CCTv or network infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or project management training is an advantage.
• Experience working with telecom operators, system integrators, or infrastructure vendors.
• Familiarity with telecom rollout and implementation processes.
