Project Coordinator - Arabic speaking

Position: Project Co-ordinator - Arabic/ Chinese speaking

Location: Dubai.

Role:

Plan Project Milestones and execute the orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products and services to customers.

Liaise with relevant stake holders to obtain information, validate and provide accurate and timely update to customer and relevant stake holders at agreed intervals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Monitor supply chain and order progress to track on-time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain reports on project and order status.
• Resolve issues related to quality, technical matters, logistics, procurement, and supplier-customer coordination.

Expertise:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Engineering will be advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Supply chain within the Oil and gas, construction, energy, or industrial manufacturing
• Clear written and spoken English and Arabic or Chinese language is preferred.
• Should be aware of Project Tools like ERP systems, emails, MS Office, and expediting tracking tools.
• Licenses & Certifications: Supply Chain, PMP or project management diplomas.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
