Project Coordinator – CCTV & IT Infrastructure

Responsible for coordinating and supervising CCTV, Network, and IT infrastructure projects through remote collaboration with Field Engineers and Remote Engineers. Ensures timely execution of installations, configurations, and maintenance while maintaining documentation, communication, and technical standards across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor CCTV, NVR, and network setup activities with field and remote teams.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IP/Analog cameras, NVRs, and DSS/monitoring platforms.
• Manage fiber and copper (Cat6/Cat6A) cabling, rack organization, and network device configuration.
• Supervise setup and maintenance of Unifi devices and controllers, and Ruckus Access Points and Controllers.
• Utilize camera configuration tools and remote utilities for performance checks and optimization.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, IP address records, and progress tracking.
• Use project management tools (Trello, Asana, or MS Project) for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct virtual coordination meetings, assign tasks, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide technical guidance and remote support to on-site teams.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CCTV and IT infrastructure coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Unifi devices & controllers, Ruckus APs & controllers, and camera configuration utilities.
• Strong understanding of Dahua, Hikvision, Uniview systems, and network configuration principles.
• Proficient in project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, MS Excel, or similar).
• Excellent communication, reporting, and remote team management skills.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
