Project Coordinator (Night Shift) (Work Order Execution & Client Coordination)

We are looking to connect with skilled and proactive Project Coordinators who possess excellent communication skills and can confidently work in the night shift.

Location: PECHS, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance and accuracy for all work orders.
• Manage and respond to high-volume email communications efficiently.
• Dispatch and coordinate vendor partners to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Handle service requests from initiation to completion while meeting KPIs.
• Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendor partners.
• Maintain accurate data, reports, and documentation.
• Manage heavy phone and email traffic with customers and service providers.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels and CMMS systems.
• Prioritize overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently to resolve issues and achieve team objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with international clients in Facility Maintenance, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Fast response time and ability to work efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
