Project Coordinator (Civil – Landscape Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator with a civil engineering background. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in landscape projects and a minimum of 3+ years of UAE experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in landscape projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of project coordination and site activities
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Assist in project planning and scheduling activities
• Track material deliveries and site requirements
• Follow up on approvals, drawings, and submissions
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Identify delays and support in resolving project issues
• Attend meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Support site engineers and project managers in daily activities.
