Job Summary

The Project Coordinator (Cleaning & Hospitality) supports the Projects Team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily cleaning and hospitality operations across assigned sites. The role ensures smooth service delivery, manpower coordination, compliance with quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day cleaning and hospitality operations across assigned projects.
  • Support Executive Manager in implementing work schedules, duty rosters, and manpower deployment.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contract scope, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Liaise with site supervisors, team leaders, and clients for operational requirements.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave planning, shift allocation, and replacement manpower.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels for cleaning and hospitality services.
  • Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and induction of new staff.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
  • Support implementation of HSE policies and company SOPs.
  • Report non-compliance issues and support corrective actions.
  • Act as a point of contact between client representatives and site teams.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Track complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate site requirements for consumables, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and support requisitions.
  • Ensure proper storage and usage of materials as per safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in cleaning, hospitality, or facilities management projects.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is Mandatory
  • Experience coordinating multi-site operations is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methodologies and hospitality service standards.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HSE requirements in FM operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
