Role Overview
The Project Coordinator supports the team by keeping projects organized, accurate, and moving forward. This role is heavily focused on data entry, documentation control, and proactive customer follow-ups to prevent delays caused by missing information, approvals, or paperwork.
This is a coordination and execution role ideal for someone who is detail-driven, comfortable working in systems daily, and persistent about closing loops with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate project data in internal systems

Create and manage job folders, work orders, and documentation

Follow up with customers for purchase orders, approvals, and missing information

Track outstanding items and push them to resolution

Support Project Managers with job tracking and status updates

Ensure completed work is properly documented and ready for invoicing

Assist with clean job closeout and hando to accounting
What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail with high-volume data entry

Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once

Confident with customer follow-ups via email and phone

Proficient in Excel, PDFs, and basic project/accounting systems
