Project coordinators assist project specialists & managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects, organizing and communicating all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serving as a liaison between those team members and the project specialist and manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects
  • Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
  • Handling administrative tasks for the projects and team members to keep the project running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related IT field.
  • A Project Management certification is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Communication Skills: Fluency in Arabic & English
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines with a good work ethic
