Job Description: Project Manager (Electronics & Software Development) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong background in both Electronics (IoT) and Software Development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in Python, IoT systems, web development, React, React Native, and backend development. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams in delivering innovative products and solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for IoT and software development projects. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure project alignment with company objectives and client requirements. Team Management Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and designers. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between electronics and software teams. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and engineers. Technical Oversight Review and contribute to design, architecture, and development decisions for IoT and software systems. Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and security are followed. Oversee backend integrations, API development, and deployment strategies. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring satisfaction. Translate technical details into clear reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders. Quality & Delivery Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely delivery. Implement quality assurance processes to meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IoT systems and embedded electronics. Hands-on experience with Python for backend and IoT applications. Proficiency in web development (React, backend frameworks, APIs). Mobile app development using React Native. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus. Project Management: Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience managing international client projects is an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
