Project coordinator (onsite)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software and IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, designers, and clients to keep projects on track and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients regarding project status, risks, and changes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Support project managers in resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Monitor project performance using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar IT project role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an IT services or software development company.
• Knowledge of basic project management methodologies.
• Certification in PMP, CAPM, or Agile (a plus but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
