The Role:
Join our team as an Upwork Bidder & Client Manager. Your mission is simple: find the best projects, win them with standout proposals, and keep clients coming back.

You Will:

• Prospect and qualify high-value leads on Upwork.
• Write and send persuasive, tailored proposals that win jobs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate project details and ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze bid performance to constantly improve our approach.

About You:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience bidding and winning projects on Upwork/Fiverr.
• A talented communicator and writer.
• A skilled negotiator and problem-solver.
• Independent, driven, and target-focused.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
