We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The position require strong project coordination skills and a thorough understanding of the Qatar Tendering process. Only candidates currently available in Qatar will be considered.

Project Coordinator – Construction Materials

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination within the petrochemical or oil & gas sector
• In-depth knowledge of petrochemical processes, materials, and vendors
• Proven experience with Qatar Tendering procedures and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation
• Assist with bid preparation and submission for tenders
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Support project managers in tracking progress and resolving issues
