Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor – Design-Focused Fit-Out Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Implementation Oversight: Ensure that all works on-site are executed according to the approved architectural and interior design plans.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
• Project Follow-Up: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify design deviations, and provide solutions to maintain design integrity.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, highlighting any issues related to design execution and proposing corrective measures.
• Meetings & Presentations: Lead or participate in meetings with clients, landlords, and consultants, representing the design team and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Problem Resolution: Anticipate and address on-site challenges that may compromise the design intent or project timeline.
• Coordination: Work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure timely delivery and high-quality workmanship in line with design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project coordination or site supervision, preferably in design-led fit-out projects.
• Education: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (must)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Skilled in presentation software to create professional client and stakeholder presentations

Languages: Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Confident and professional, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.

• Leadership Presence: Ability to assert authority on-site, guide contractors, and maintain project standards.
