Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will assist in managing day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, coordination, estimation, and billing activities. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates seeking to build a career in project management within the surveying or engineering field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling survey projects and field activities.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, field crews, and office staff.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and basic project budgets.
  • Support project billing, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Maintain records of project progress, reports, and client correspondence.
  • Ensure deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Follow company standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, surveying, or construction.
  • Basic knowledge of project estimation or billing processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
