We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator to support the delivery and success of our IT training and certification programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring students not only complete their technical training successfully but also develop the professional skills and industry exposure needed to transition into the job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day training operations, schedules, and session logistics
- Support instructors and internal teams in delivering structured training programs
- Ensure smooth execution of IT certification courses and related activities
- Provide career guidance and advisory sessions to students
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching on career planning and readiness
- Identify and develop relationships with companies for internship opportunities
- Coordinate student placement into internships and external programs
- Maintain communication with partner organizations to ensure engagement continuity
- Deliver and facilitate soft skills training sessions
- Evaluate student performance during training sessions and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare regular reports on training progress, student engagement, and internship status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, education, career services, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students effectively
- Experience in career coaching, mentoring, or soft skills training is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
