Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
• Support skilled workers by carrying out basic tasks such as carpet extraction, ceramic and tile floor cleaning, vestibule glass cleaning, restrooms, kitchens sinks and water fountains cleanings
• Follow safety protocols and proper chemical use diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on site
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote efficiency and safety
• Operate industrial equipment and tools as trained, ensuring proper use and maintenance
• Document daily activities, report any safety concerns or issues to supervisors promptly
• Occasional driving of company truck with trailer in tow.

Skills

• Strong willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Basic understanding of janitorial procedures and practices
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in cleaning or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
