Job Description

DUCON Industries are searching for a Project Designer to work on various products such as pavers, edging, wall and furniture’s that are used for landscape architecture to develop for our customers.

Project Designer responsibilities include preparing or modifying designs for construction projects, or arranging for, or instructing others to do this. Designs include drawings, design details, specifications, bills of quantity and design calculations.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and objectives, and work with the team to develop concepts that meet those needs
• Incorporate feedback and direction from clients, project managers, and other stakeholders into final designs
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate new ideas and approaches into your work Help maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are properly implemented
• Prepare assets for handoff to development team, ensuring all necessary files and documentation are included.
• Assist with quality assurance testing as needed.
• Update existing designs as needed based on changes in client requirements or feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in an architectural or outdoor living design firm
• Proficiency in REVIT, LUMION, BIM, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum LOD of 350 in Revit
• Strong portfolio of previous work, with examples of successful projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with building codes and accessibility standards

B. Arhchitecture, Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
