Job Title: Project Director – High-End Residential Developments

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 50,000 per month + Package

About the Role:

An established and rapidly growing real estate developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee multiple luxury residential developments across the UAE. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving delivery, ensuring quality, and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence within the high-end market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Manage multiple development sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee design management, procurement, and construction activities, liaising closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement strong project controls, reporting, and risk management processes.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to project teams.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align project delivery with commercial and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction or development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Project Director role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-end residential or mixed-use developments in the Middle East.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
