Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution for marine/shipyard projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support the preparation of technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report on timelines, resources, and potential risks.
- Conduct site supervision and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical support to senior engineers and project managers.
- Maintain proper documentation and project records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related discipline.
- 0–3 years of working experience in marine & offshore, shipyard, or equivalent engineering industries.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of marine systems, ship construction, or project management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
- Holding India CDC is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel, onsite and onboard vessels when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
