Project Engineer (0-3 Years Exp)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution for marine/shipyard projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support the preparation of technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report on timelines, resources, and potential risks.
• Conduct site supervision and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical support to senior engineers and project managers.
• Maintain proper documentation and project records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of working experience in marine & offshore, shipyard, or equivalent engineering industries.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of marine systems, ship construction, or project management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
• Holding India CDC is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel, onsite and onboard vessels when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
