Project Engineer

We are an Interior Fit Out company currently looking for an Project Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ; coordinate with design and procurement teams.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on site status, delays, and challenges.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to achieve project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies on site.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, material submittals, shop drawings, and close-out documents.
• Control project costs and minimize wastage of materials and resources.

Must have:

• Should have handled atleast 3-4 projects at a time.
• Experience innTurnkey fitout with min project values of 500k
• Basic knowledge in UAE authority regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Engineer in a FitOut company: 2 years (Preferred)
