Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The role involves coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure successful delivery of oil & gas and industrial projects on time and within budget. This position offers a hybrid work model, with flexibility to work remotely while attending key project meetings and site visits near Nagercoil.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and executing engineering and construction projects from start to finish.

· Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and technical records.

· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Provide support in resolving technical and operational issues during project execution.

· Assist with vendor coordination, review of technical documents, and approval of deliverables.

· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

· Participate in client and internal meetings to communicate project status and updates.

· Support project close-out activities, including final documentation and lessons learned reporting.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

· 2–8 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects.

· Strong understanding of project execution workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.

· Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera (preferred).

· Good knowledge of industry codes and standards.

· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,442.64 - ₹49,155.72 per month
