Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Engineer with strong experience in civil and finishing works to manage construction projects from start to handover. The candidate must have excellent client communication, cost control, and market knowledge within Bahrain’s construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil and finishing works to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and material requirements.
• Review BOQs, verify quantities, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Source materials and evaluate market prices.
• Support tendering with technical inputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC (Bahrain preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, budgeting, and local market rates.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

• Salary: BHD 400 – 600 monthly
• Company car, petrol, and mobile provided
• Incentives for every successfully completed project
