Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support our ongoing projects reporting to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a design background and be eager to expand their skills into project management and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Develop and review engineering designs using CAD software
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Analyse design requirements and provide innovative solutions
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Implement design modifications and improvements as needed
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or a related field.
• Experience in railway projects and/or a design background (Civil/Architectural/MEP) is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, construction, technical office, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of design processes and an interest in project management activities such as planning, coordination, stakeholder management activities and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, SharePoint) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of project documentation, reporting, and administrative workflows.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn from all disciplines; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
