Project Engineer

Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of construction and interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, solid project management experience, and the ability to coordinate teams, schedules, and suppliers effectively.
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, and identify risks or delays.
Prepare project documentation, drawings, and reports.

Site Management & Supervision
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Communicate with subcontractors to resolve on-site issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Procurement & Cost Control
Assist with material selection and purchasing.
Keep accurate records of material deliveries and usage.
Control project costs and support budget optimization.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure all works meet UAE regulations and client specifications.
Participate in quality inspections and prepare related reports.
Support project handover and ensure all documentation is completed.

Reporting & Communication
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Maintain clear communication between site and office teams.
Report key updates and issues to management.
Requirements

Proven experience in the UAE in a similar role (Project Coordinator / Project Engineer).
Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes, materials, and site operations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Having your own car is an advantage (car allowance provided).

Probation: 6 months (as per UAE Labor Law)
Visa & Health Insurance: Provided by the company (as per UAE Law)
Annual Leave: Paid, as per UAE Labor Law
Relocation: Open to transfer between branches across the UAE if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
