Project Engineer - Civil

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil/fit-out/renovation projects from initiation to completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and workforce to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Manage material procurement and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to quality control standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in fit-out, construction, facility management, or renovation projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, technical drawings, and site execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
