Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution of all civil work.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and supervision to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve technical issues, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure site safety and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Organize and lead project review meetings with stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, design, and finance.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Manage vendor payments and verify contractor bills.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, drawings, and change orders.
- Provide regular status updates and presentations to management.
- Experience in handling trakhees projects inside Jafza.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is good to have.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
