The Building Contractor (TBC), under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, is a Kochi-based design-build construction firm delivering premium residential and villa projects across Kerala. Our approach combines design creativity with structural precision — built with clarity, intent, and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities, including supervision and monitoring of site labour and subcontractors (site-specific responsibilities may vary by project)
• Organize construction materials and ensure the site is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
• Review, coordinate, and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans as per project requirements
• Prepare work schedules and communicate updates or changes to site teams and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external parties, including contractors, clients/owners, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations through regular site inspections and monitoring
• Track project progress, verify measurements, calculations, and execution accuracy on site
• Support timely project completion by guiding, training, and coordinating with operators and site staff
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required by management
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and unexpected site challenges promptly

Desired Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Additional certifications or licenses will be an advantage (not mandatory)
• Basic to good project management and coordination skills
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license
• 0–1 year of experience in the construction field
• Candidates preferably residing in or around the Ernakulam area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
