Project Engineer (Civil)

Role: PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Execution

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily construction activities
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
• Support the Project Manager in preparing project execution plans and progress reports

Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications
• Monitor site progress and report deviations, delays, or technical issuew

Procurement & Materials

• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Verify material quality and compliance with project standards
• Track material usage and maintain inventory records

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all site activities comply with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety audits
• Support the implementation of corrective actions for safety violations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in UAE construction projects, including residential buildings and villas
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and local authority procedures
• Familiar with approval processes for Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other regulatory bodies
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Arabic speaker, with strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
