Project Engineer (Décor / Interior Fit-Out)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and completion of décor and interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate site activities related to décor works such as joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and accessories
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and material samples
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, daily progress reports, and manpower deployment
• Coordinate with design, procurement, factory, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Handle site measurements, material requirements, and quantity verification
• Supervise subcontractors and site labor to ensure quality and productivity
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors; follow up on action items
• Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and design discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and HSE standards
• Manage snag lists, rectifications, and support final project handover

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering / related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in interior décor or fit-out projects
• UAE experience preferred

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
